What leaedership are you willing to show in The HOB? One way of showing your leadership might be to apply to become a Trustee, which in effect means you'll be listed on a page with other experts to act as a kind of panel for Resident's to ask specialized questions to. I think this would be a great opportunity for consultants and other independent professionals to showcase your expertise and let everyone know how knowledgeable you are!
