Private Investment Clubs & Syndications are the route to go. Residential rental stock still offers secure high returns with capital growth !

We undertake Syndicated Property Developments in South Africa. Our current project is a 144 unit apartment complex near Carnival city casino, East Rand, Johannesburg.

ROI 12-18% pa. Investor funds are secured by registering a 1st bond over the property. Formal legal structures / contracts are applicable. Professional teams oversee and control projects.

As prevously mentioned Investor Funds are secured by the property on a per project basis. Each project closes it's book once quota has been filled.

Kindly share your thoughts on this proposal. Could we cross pollinate industries?
