Several months ago, my friend Ben Thomas showed me a program called Social Oomph. It was originally known as tweetlater. It is a great way to manage your social networking; it's not a "bot", but a program that helps you manage your time and allows you to put more thought into your updates, blog posts, and allows you to plan ahead.
